He has beautiful crimp to his fiber. His known genotype is aabbC_D_E_. Both of his parents, Sage and Coal, are registered Grand Champions. Sage has six legs and Coal has three. For those curious about color genetics, Sage's genotype is aabbCCDdEse and Coal's genotype is aaBbC_DdE_. UPDATE 17 September: "Leo" is still a wool bunny. His body just isn't that great. But of all the eight rabbits I groomed today, his fiber is the hands-down favorite, at least among the six juniors. It has a very silky feel to it. Charlotte said it felt more like satin angora. Keep in mind, though, Leo is definitely a purebred French angora.
